  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
  • In case of high order volume or product unavailability, there might be a slight delay in dispatch. If there will be a significant delay, we will notify you via email or phone.

2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India through our trusted delivery partners.
Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate and complete to avoid any delays or failed deliveries.


3. Delivery Timeline

  • Standard Delivery: 4–7 business days (depending on location).
  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days.
  • Remote / Outstation Areas: 7–10 business days.

Please note, delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to logistics delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping may be applicable for orders above a certain value (as mentioned on our website or during checkout).
  • For orders below the free shipping threshold, a nominal delivery charge will be displayed during checkout before payment confirmation.
  • Any additional handling or shipping charges will be clearly mentioned before you finalize your order.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with a tracking ID and courier partner details.
You can use this tracking ID to check the real-time status of your shipment.


6. Delayed or Undelivered Orders
